Returns & refunds

• Due to the hygienic nature of our products, opened pee pad boxes are not eligible for return.
• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.
• Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or refund at Bella & Co.'s discretion.
• Eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
